While on your iPhone or iPod Touch, using Safari, you can just tap once and hold you finger on any image. This will in-turn pop open a menu with an option for you to save said image. After you save the image you can go into your photos and open said image and then click the far left icon with the box and arrow shape and finally choose “Use as Wallpaper.” Sounds more complicated than it really is.
